This webinar is presented by Charlotte Burnell from EHCP Advocacy, who has been supporting parents with children and young people with special educational needs (SEND) for many years. She is a parent of a young person with SEND and has been through the process and system herself. Charlotte has been a volunteer at SOS! SEN for nine years, a charity supporting families through the legal and bureaucratic maze to get the right provision for their children. She helps families through the Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) process, including appealing decisions of the local authority and at tribunal.
